An exciting opportunity has arisen with an established organisation specialising in the fleet management sector.

Working as a Call Centre Manager, you will be responsible for managing the inbound / outbound Call Centre activity through Team Managers and ensuring that all targets and objectives are achieved. Responsibilities include ensuring that provision of a high quality service, in accordance with specified service standards, is delivered to customers and to all Call Centre Clients, Client Services and other internal and external customers of the Call Centre. You will be responsible for implementing and managing scheduled and ad-hoc projects, identifying any training or staffing needs to ensure a seamless delivery.
