Title:	Account Manager

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing revenue margin from an assigned account base. In addition, you will be responsible for developing new business from potential clients with a pro-active approach. Key Responsibilities: To maintain and grow an existing customer base Gain a full understanding of accounts by accurately profiling and updating account plans. Secure new business from both new and dormant accounts Utilise sales techniques learnt to increase value of customers by cross selling and up selling Have a healthy and up to date pipeline to help forecast performance. Qualifications/Relevant Experience GCSE grade C or above in Maths and English.
