Title:	Team Manager
Location:	Tamworth
	Part-time Sales Team Manager Managing a team of inbound & outbound sales agents (20% of the calls are outbound to existing customers), you will have a minimum of 12 months team leader experience within a sales call centre environment. Excellent leadership and motivational skills are required and the ability to monitor performance against KPI`s. You will be coaching and mentoring your team members, as well as setting incentives and ensuring that team targets are met. Contact Centre experience isn't essential, my Client would consider strong Sales Managers from other backgrounds.
